Over 10 weeks, we move through 5 transformative modules:
Module 1: Gathering Our Energy
Reconnect to intention and map your personal power using ancestral tools.
This module is all about expanding the ways we think about power and agency and resensitizing ourselves to intuitive knowing. We will explore ancestral frameworks for power that help us expand our ability to grow in our resilience, acceptance and clarity.
Module 2: Our Purposeful Breakups
Release outdated roles, beliefs, and inherited cultural boundaries.
This module is about exploring the social influences and limitations on our concept of purpose. We examine how to recognize roles and cultural inheritance by assessing cultural codes that are nourishing, breaking up with cultural habits that are depleting, and visualizing how it feels to practice your purpose in the body.
Module 3: Nourishing Our Energy
Explore radical rest, sacred pause, and ancestral energy sourcing in community.
In this module we will explore the tensions between internalized cultural norms around rest and how they line up with our leadership and collective values. We will practice resonance with the body, sense the energetic differences between different types of rest and integrate a rest practice to help us recuperate and replenish.
Module 4: Our Parts as Gifts
Honor your complexity and uncover unconscious patterns through family and systems constellations.
This module will help us recognize how our mind creates viewpoints in response to our built environment. We will identify our viewpoints, get to know our gifts and how they relate to the viewpoints most needed to align towards purpose.
Module 5: Our Abundant Growth
Root into presence, embody your next chapter and claim your place in the new story.
In this module, we will recognize socially inherited limitations regarding our relationship with growth, express commitments for ourselves and our communities as an act of love and belonging, and identify goals towards our Wild Dreams.
In just 10 weeks, you will:
• Uncover and articulate one Wild Dream with a clear internal and external goal.
• Identify and disrupt at least one ancestral or cultural pattern blocking your path forward.
• Find the rest and reset practices that support the expansion of your intuition, power and resilience.
• Create and begin implementing a tangible Playspace action plan to move your dream into motion.
This program isn’t just about reflection, it’s designed for clarity, integration and meaningful movement.
You will experience transformative opportunities to affirm your purpose, analyze your culture and activate your voice. Through the integration of body, mind and spirit techniques both modern and ancestral, the Wild Dreams content supports you in getting raw, real and ready to dream out loud.
The 5 main components of the program:
5 Core Self-Paced Learning Modules
The main course content consists of 3-6 lessons including videos, reflection activities and learning resources per module
6 Live Community Coaching Circles
During these live facilitated sessions the group will explore course themes, identify patterns in their own power and resilience and celebrate breakthroughs.
Dreamer Meetups
Participants will be assigned to small groups of 3-5 people to self-manage two live meet-ups during the program. These sessions are meant to support each other in reflecting and integrating course themes and offer mutual support.
1 Ancestral Constellation Session
This two-hour family and systems constellations session will help uncover unconscious patterns relating to each individuals’ desired dream and bring new responses to unseen dynamics.
5 "Playspace" Assignments
This five-part action plan is designed to deepen application of program themes in order to identify a wild dream, uncover what is in the way of their own leadership and take purposeful action internally and externally towards that dream.
Why I created Wild Dreams
I’m Ana Polanco, a transformational coach, family constellator and truth-teller walking with women who are ready to reclaim their voice, heal with their lineage and redefine what leadership looks like on their own terms.I created Wild Dreams because I saw too many visionary women of the global majority stuck between inherited obligations and expansive truths. You and I were doing everything “right” and still feeling like our dreams were too much, not on time or not enough. I knew we needed a different kind of space, one rooted in ancestral wisdom, not burnout culture. One where we could grieve, remember, and rebuild together. This program’s first cohorts centered the healing and power of Black, Indigenous, and immigrant women. The more time I’ve spent outside the United States, particularly in Mexico and now Colombia, the more I’ve understood the need for a more holistic tent. Listening to ancestors in these lands and learning from Wild Dreamers of different racial and ethnic identities has opened my eyes to the complexity of our intertwined liberation.
My work is shaped by both formal training and the deep, informal learning that happens in ceremony, in relationship, and in community with other healers and guides. Here’s a glimpse of my path:
2015 – Certified as a Transformational Coach in New York
2016 – Certified as a Yoga Teacher in Brooklyn
2020 – Birthed the first Wild Dreams Coaching Program
2021 – Became a Family Constellations Facilitator through NYC Family Constellations; my ancestors asked me to relocate to Mexico
2022 – Began studying traditional plant medicine and our sacred relationship with nature in the Mayan midlands, Chiapas
2023 – Trained as a facilitator how to navigate maternal lineage within the family and systemic constellations method with Cantaro Sagrado
2024 - Spent the year honoring my paternal lineage and deep re-imagination of Wild Dreams
2025 – Relocated to Colombia, my mother’s homeland, to recuperate what was lost and release that which doesn’t belong to me
I don’t believe in guiding others through terrain I haven’t walked myself. I’m a lifelong student of healing—often skeptical, always curious. I try on practices to see if they work, not just in theory but in the body. I’ve moved away from the “American Dream” and toward something wilder, more alive and a bit messier. Each day, I practice remembering how to communicate with nature, tell stories of generational healing and disrupt the patterns that keep us small.I’ll walk beside you not as a guru, but as someone who is actively walking her own wild path. That’s the promise of this work, we’ll do it together.
This isn’t personal development.
It’s ancestral reclamation.
Working with Ana and the incredible women in the Wild Dreams program has been a gift. When I started the program, I was transitioning from a 20 year career in the non-profit sector focused on human rights and social justice. I couldn't think of a better guide than Ana who draws on the wisdom of our bodies, cultures, relationships with our ancestors among other sources. Through the work we did and the relationships we built, I came home to myself -- my story and my unique gifts. I’d recommend this program to any BIPOC woman and I can’t wait to welcome you into the alumnae community!

“I’m amazed at how much I learned about myself and how much I grew in such a short time! Ana expertly crafted a safe space for deep, honest exploration, challenging me to let go of beliefs and ways of being that prevent me from living my truth, unapologetically. Thanks to the Wild Dreams group, I’m starting a journey of decolonizing my life, beginning with honoring my indigenous Taino ancestry.“

Wild Dreams Coaching really helped me as I transition from a non-profit consultant to a health and well-being coach. I am able to connect all of my experience and experiences to my coaching and offer that to the people I want to work with and who want to work with me.
