Are you ready to reclaim the wild dream that lives within you?
The next cohort begins March 2026.
For Black, Indigenous, immigrant and diasporic people whose stories have long been misread, erased or ignored, dreaming out loud feels risky and foreign. For so long we have been doing what is safe in order to avoid being noticed. But what if I told you that your wild dream, the one that lives in your core memory, is essential to your sense of freedom and success. What if the dream you have been sidelining to please others is actually the key to unlocking the life you want and the transformation we all need so that future generations can make choices that feel aligned with their destiny and our collective futures. The deep exhaustion that you feel is a bright sign that now is the time to create a life that centers your sovereignty, expands your success and moves us toward collective forms of liberation.
Your sovereignty, freedom and happiness is what your ancestors truly want for you.
Born from the dreams and visions of Black, Indigenous, and immigrant women, Wild Dreams is a 10-week communal experience that holds space for all bodies of the global majority to:◆ Reclaim the core memory buried beneath your burnout and inherited roles.◆ Release cultural beliefs that limit your sense of belonging, success and your voice◆ Root into ancestral wisdom while reimagining what your life can become◆ Return to your body as a site of liberation and power, not just productivityTogether, we gather in a sacred circle to listen, remember and take action toward the life we want.
This dream belongs to you, to our circle of dreamers and to the next seven generations.
I was overwhelmed, numb, and exhausted from performing inside a system that did not respect the life I wanted for myself or my family. For a long time, I tried to work within that system — organizing, pushing for change, and using control as a way to stay safe and succeed. Over time, I began carrying the burdens of the system as if they were my own, pushing away opportunities that might have allowed me to live differently. There were consequences. My body began to break down. The closer I tried to adapt to expectations that were never designed for me, the more my body rejected the life I was living. I became anxious, indecisive, and disconnected — even as I appeared successful to everyone else.I wore the mask well.
Everything looked fine.
Inside, I was disappearing. After many turning points, I finally stopped. I slowed down long enough to listen to my body and my intuition. I grieved the harm I had caused myself by abandoning my own knowing, unsure if I even had the energy to change direction. What shifted everything wasn’t certainty — it was curiosity.I began experimenting with different ways of living: movement, coaching, stillness. In the quiet, I noticed something deeper — I was repeating patterns I had witnessed in my own family. When I later became a coach and consultant, I saw those same patterns everywhere. That’s when I knew the dominant narratives — especially those offered to women of color — were asking us to give more, endure more, and call it growth.
Wild Dreams was born from the refusal of that story.
It is a space grounded in ancestral intelligence and lived experience — designed to help you step off the hamster wheel and into a different relationship with purpose, leadership, and belonging. Not by doing more.
But by remembering what was never lost.

Why I created Wild Dreams
I’m Ana Polanco, a transformational coach, family constellator and truth-teller walking with women who are ready to reclaim their voice, heal with their lineage and redefine what leadership looks like on their own terms.I created Wild Dreams because I wanted to surround myself with other incredible black and brown women who felt stuck between inherited obligations and expansive truths. You and I were doing everything “right” and still feeling like our dreams were impossible. I knew we needed a different kind of space, one rooted in ancestral wisdom, not burnout culture that will help build a future that lifts up our collective liberation. One where we could grieve, remember, and rebuild together from a place of joy and possibility. This program’s first cohorts centered the healing and power of Black, Indigenous, and immigrant women. The more time I’ve spent outside the United States, the more I’ve understood the need for a coaching program focused on classical coaching and ancestral work. Listening to the land and our collective ancestors in Mexico, Colombia and many other countries has opened my heart to the power of living freely and activating our destinies.
My work has taken many roads, both formal training and the deep, informal learning that happens in ceremony, in relationship, and in community with other healers and guides. Here’s a glimpse of some parts of my path:
2015 – Certified as a Transformational Coach in New York
2016 – Certified as a Yoga Teacher in Brooklyn
2020 – Birthed the first Wild Dreams Coaching Program
2021 – Became a Family Constellations Facilitator through NYC Family Constellations; my ancestors asked me to relocate to Mexico
2022 – Began studying traditional plant medicine and our sacred relationship with nature in the Mayan midlands, Valley of Jovel, Chiapas, Mexico.
2023 – Trained as a facilitator how to navigate maternal lineage within the family and systemic constellations method with Cantaro Sagrado and studied Cacao with Sagrado Kakaw.
2024 - Spent the year honoring my paternal lineage and deep reimagination of Wild Dreams
2025 – Spent time Colombia, understanding what was lost and releasing that which doesn’t belong to me
2026 - Spending the year specializing in different areas of Constellations, reconnecting to creativity and the arts and rooting in Mexico, the place I feel at home.
I don’t believe in guiding others through terrain I haven’t walked myself. I’m a lifelong student of healing—often skeptical, always curious. I try on practices to see if they work, not just in theory but in the body. I’ve moved away from the “American Dream” and toward something wilder, more alive and a bit messier. Each day, I practice remembering how to communicate with nature, tell stories of generational healing and disrupt the patterns that keep us small.I’ll walk beside you not as a guru, but as someone who is actively walking her own wild path. That’s the promise of this work, we’ll do it together.
This isn’t personal development.
It’s ancestral reclamation.
What clients are saying ...
Working with Ana and the incredible women in the Wild Dreams program has been a gift. When I started the program, I was transitioning from a 20 year career in the non-profit sector focused on human rights and social justice. I couldn't think of a better guide than Ana who draws on the wisdom of our bodies, cultures, relationships with our ancestors among other sources. Through the work we did and the relationships we built, I came home to myself -- my story and my unique gifts. I’d recommend this program to any BIPOC woman and I can’t wait to welcome you into the alumnae community!
Heddy Nam
Founder of Rosalee Consulting
“I’m amazed at how much I learned about myself and how much I grew in such a short time! Ana expertly crafted a safe space for deep, honest exploration, challenging me to let go of beliefs and ways of being that prevent me from living my truth, unapologetically. Thanks to the Wild Dreams group, I’m starting a journey of decolonizing my life, beginning with honoring my indigenous Taino ancestry.“

Wild Dreams Coaching really helped me as I transition from a non-profit consultant to a health and well-being coach. I am able to connect all of my experience and experiences to my coaching and offer that to the people I want to work with and who want to work with me.
